Hi, I'm Lex! World-class cuddler and master of belly rub requests.
I’m housetrained and haven’t had a single accident here. I even wait for my walks for my bathroom breaks—I’m pretty polite like that! In the evenings, I play with my own toys, tossing them up in the air and catching them on my own.
I don’t play much with other dogs, but I really love their company, so having a confident dog buddy would be wonderful for me to keep building my own confidence. I get along with dog-savvy cats and sometimes we even snuggle. I adore kids as long as they respect my space. Because quick movements can sometimes make me nervous, a home with children over 8 or 10 would be ideal.
I love affection and feel happiest when I'm near my family. I’ll roll right over and show off my belly for some good rubs! My crate is my safe place, especially when I'm feeling a bit scared, but my confidence is growing every day. I’ve come a long way and keep opening up more and more with the love and patience my foster family shows me. I don’t have a mean bone in my body, and I'm really looking forward to finding a family that will give me a cozy, loving forever home where I can keep blossoming.
