File #25-111
Current Foster Location: Ottawa, ON
*Please note that we do not typically adopt outside of a 2 hour radius from the foster dogs current location*
**Please note that Copper is bonded with Chica, and they will only be adopted out as a pair, and they will have a special adoption fee for the both of them.
Due to Chica's protectiveness over Copper, they should be the only dogs in the home.
Woof! My name is Copper, and I'm basically the most important co-pilot a human could ask for. My primary mission in life is to be with my person, everywhere, all the time. But don't worry, I'm a pro at not getting underfoot (mostly). My daily routine is a finely tuned symphony of backyard chipmunk surveillance (they're shifty, you know), dispensing copious kisses, and, of course, napping. Lots and lots of napping.
I love walkies time, where I might meet new people (I'm a big fan of new people, unless Chica's around, then I have to bark at all the other dogs – it's a sibling thing, you wouldn't understand).
Oh, and about Chica. She's my main squeeze, my one and only. If she's not here, I get a little… "talkative." It's just my way of expressing how much I miss her, you know? We are a package deal.
I'm also a major snuggle bug with my humans – if my paws aren't touching you, something's wrong. I follow my human everywhere, even to the bathroom (it's important to supervise).
I'm a good listener, and I love playing with humans and any ball I can get my paws on. And yes, I bark when I'm excited – it's my happy noise! Getting ready for a walk? BARK!
It's a busy life, and all that excitement makes me tired. My foster mom says that when I nap, I snore. I'm sure it's the most adorable thing ever. I wish I could hear myself.
So, are you ready for the dynamic duo of Chica and Copper?
