Hi, I’m Splash — I’m a quiet, sweet pup who loves to play near my human and sometimes… in my water bowl. (I’ve even fallen asleep in it. No regrets.) I’m still learning the world, taking cues from my foster dog siblings, and figuring things out at my own pace.
I’m not the loudest or boldest, but I’m full of heart and ready to love my forever family — ideally one with a splash zone.
