Hi, I'm Whitney — proud Canadian pup and unapologetically Elbows Up!
That’s right. I’m not just any puppy. I’m 100% Canuck, born ready to stand tall (on my adorable puppy legs) and defend our maple syrup and our Beaver Tails! Also, I was basically born just in time to help rally the Ottawa Senators to the playoffs. I might be tiny, but I’m as spunky as a double overtime win.
I had a lot of siblings, so I might like a furry playmate, but I also wouldn't mind being your one and only. I’m super affectionate and love following my humans around. I do get skittish, especially around new things and fast-moving kids, so introductions should be slow and gentle, like an Anne Murray song.
Also, full disclosure: I’ve got a bit of separation anxiety. I’m working on it with love and patience, and it’s going really well — kind of like waiting in line at Timmies. It takes a little time, but it’s always worth it. I’ll keep you on your toes (and occasionally nip at them), but I’m sweet, loyal, and just want to be loved. Crate training and housetraining are in progress, and I promise I’m a fast learner.
